The services provided on this website are intended and limited for use by the owner of the cellular device upon which our service is used. Unlocking phones is completely legal in most countries in the world - however, it is a customer's responsibility to check that unlocking is legal in their country.
Changing the IMEI of a Cellular Phone is illegal in many countries. Our service in no way allows users to do this. Please do not contact us regarding these services, as any attempts to do so will be ignored.
By purchasing, downloading, or using a MotoUnlockUK product the purchaser agrees that Motorola Unlocking UK cannot be held liable for any damage caused to user's phones or computers by any software distributed by this website. The service has been tested extensively and due to the numerous safety features in place any problems are extremely unlikely.
Please check your contract with your current service provider to ensure that they allow your phone to be unlocked. By unlocking your phone you may be invalidating any warranty, or insurance that covers the phone.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and/or our service shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
1. Price and Payment
The price for the service (“the Price") shall be the quoted price of
the Seller, and payment of the Price shall be made by the Buyer before
delivery of the service.
2. Service
The Description and quality of the service to be sold (“the Service”)
shall be as set out in the Description provided by the Seller to the
Buyer (“the Description”). Please note that once you have been
redirected to the 'Members Access' page after payment, the service is
deemed to have begun.
3. Delivery
The Seller shall deliver the Service to the Buyer by redirection to the
members access page after payment confirmation. Time shall not be of
the essence for delivery.

5. Title and Risk
5.1. The Service shall be at the risk of the Buyer following delivery.
5.2. Notwithstanding delivery, title in the Service shall not pass to
the Buyer until the Buyer has made payment of all sums owing to the
Seller.
5.3. Until such time as title in the Service passes to the Buyer, the
Seller shall have the right to withhold the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Save in respect of personal injury or death due to the negligence
of the Seller, the Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer in respect
of any loss suffered by the Buyer due to any defect in the Service.
6.2. Without prejudice to Condition 6.1 the Seller shall not be liable
to the Buyer or any third party for any loss of profit, consequential
or other economic loss suffered by the Buyer arising in any way from
this Agreement.
6.3. Save in respect of personal injury or death due to the negligence
of the Seller the liability of the Seller under these Conditions shall
not exceed the Price of the service.
7. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance
beyond the reasonable control of the Seller including, but not limited
to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, acts of
civil or military authorities, fire flood, earthquake or shortage of
supply or failure to deliver of the suppliers of the Supplier.

If any term or provision of these Conditions is held invalid illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated. 8.2. The Seller may without the consent of the Buyer sublicense its rights or obligations or any part of these Conditions. 8.3. The headings in these Conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any of the Conditions. |
| 9. Entire Agreement Each of the parties agrees that save in respect of statements made fraudulently it shall have no remedy in respect of any untrue statement upon which it relied in entering this Agreement and that its only remedies shall be for breach of contract. |
| 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. |
11. Description
The customer is expected to research all aspects of a software
applications capabilities before making a purchase. By purchasing
service on the MotoUnlockUK website you agree that you have accepted
and understand the service's capabilities and capacity to carry out the
specific operation for which it is intended. No unlocking codes are
supplied by MotoUnlockUK, merely a service which may be able to direct
you to carry out this process. Our Motorola IMEI unlocking service
supports all Motorola GSM phones except phones that are locked to the
Cingular (USA) and 3 (UK) networks. All phone models on all other
networks are supported. This includes the newest Motorola models such
as the W220, RAZR V3i, V3x, RIZR Z3, SLVR L2, L6, and L7, as well as
older models such as the RAZR V3, ROKR E1, and PEBL U6. Certain models
will require testpoint unlocking, namely V3x, V3i, L6 and L7. The
instructions for these unlocks can be supplied upon request, but we
accept no responsibilty for damage caused during phone dismantling.
MotoUnlockUK makes no claim to ownership or proprietary interest in any
of the websites and/or software it recommends. We do not re-sell or
license software downloaded from other sites. All software is freeware
and/or shareware. The payment covers hosting, staff, website building
and updating, and all additional costs required to bring this
information to you. All materials, information and services included in
or available through this site are provided as is and as available for
your use. The content (Mototools 6) is provided without warranties of
any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to,
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or
noninfringement. The following bootloaders cannot be unlocked by this
software, and you should check your phone prior to purchase, 09.02,
0A.80, 0A.52. Cables will be required to carry out unlocks. Cables will

given to cutsomers after the purchase of service in a case where the
customer decides that the service cannot fulfil their expectations, or
that they do not possess cables to link their phone to their computer.
A refund may be considered if the software fails to function in part or

digital downloads, and the ease of which downloadable software can be
reproduced, we have to take necessary precautions against attempted
fraud.
12. Guarantee
MotoUnlockUK can only guarantee that the service will fulfill the
customers expectations if the following criteria are met:
12.1 The information provided on the submission form when ordering the
service is 100% correct
12.2 The instructions provided with the service have been followed
EXACTLY as stipulated
12.3 The target mobile phone is not stolen or blacklisted
12.4 The target mobile phone is not already unlocked
12.5 The software of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
12.6 The IMEI number of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
12.7 The phone has never undergone an attempted unlocking with codes in the past
A refund shall not be warranted if all of these criteria are not met.
MotoUnlockUK will endeavor to solve any problem any customer may have
while attempting to use our service, however liability for the success
of the service lies solely with the consumer. Furthermore, MotoUnlockUK
cannot guarantee that this service will enable the target handset to
operate on any specific network. Certain handsets will only operate on
certain networks.

All queries sent after hours are answered the next day, so you can be sure of a response. Our Guarantee – If we do not respond to any email within 48 hours, and the delay is not due to technical issues with our site or servers, we will refund the full price.
13. Incorrect Orders
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the target handset
and the network the handset is currently locked to is supported by our
service. A credit note may be offered in specific circumstances,
however a refund cannot be offered or given where the customer has paid
and subsequently discovered that their handset and/or network is not
supported by our service, or made 'double' payments by mistake.
14. Unlocking Refund Conditions
In the unlikely event that the codes we provide fail to unlock a
customers mobile phone, MotoUnlockUK will ask the customer to confirm
that the details they provided when submitting the order are 100%
correct. In the event that the customer confirms that the submitted
details are 100% correct, Motorola Unlocking UK reserves the right to
seek further evidence to support the customers claim that the
software/codes did not unlock their mobile phone. These measures may
seem a little extreme to most, however due to the electronic nature of
our business, we have no other way to determine whether an unlock has
been successful or not. If this information is not received, no refund
will be made.
15. Refund Procedure
If the customer has supplied requested information (above) then a 100% refund will be made (-35p NoChex charge). If this information is not supplied, then it will be our discretion as to whether a part refund will be made. All refunds made for non-faulty software will follow the standard procedure laid out below, or in more detail here.

UK Distance Selling Directive gives you the right to cancel a contract
of purchase for any item within 7 working days of receipt. This applies
to all our products. To cancel an item, simply Email Us and ask for a refund, supplying all information that we require to process repayment. Please ensure that your cancellation is received by us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. We do not provide refunds for products that are deemed to have been 'opened'. Please note that once the software is installed on your computer it is deemed to have been opened, and if the software is not faulty, or cannot be shown that it is faulty, no refund will be given. 17. Termination Of Service
Please note, that any of the following will result in immediate termination of service. If your service is terminated, you will be informed via email. Our decision will be final in this matter, and you have no right of appeal. Customers should also note that we have successfully claimed considerable damages against former customers who have abused our systems and servers, and there are several hidden attack monitoring safeguards in place.
